Quote moving labor by crew hours, minimums, access fees, and deposits.
Separate actual estimated time from minimum billable time. Enter elapsed crew hours, worker count and the customer rate per worker per hour. Add stair/heavy-item surcharges, mileage and supplies; apply discount, job minimum, entered tax rate and deposit percentage. Review billable hours, customer charges, total, deposit and remaining balance. Private labor cost uses estimated actual hours, not the customer's minimum billable hours. Include all relevant extra costs in supplies/other direct costs; gross profit excludes overhead and income tax. Saved numeric drafts remain on the device. Editing invalidates outdated results. Clear or replace drafts only after confirmation. Customer sharing excludes private costs and gross profit. Offline; no account, ads, analytics or automatic upload. English labels, dot decimals, miles and USD. Counts must be whole numbers. Labor pricing estimate only. No truck booking, route/load analysis, staffing recommendation, item valuation, insurance or safe-handling advice.
