Plan your turkey from the freezer to the carving board. TurkeyTimer works out how many days to thaw it, how long to roast it and when to start every step, so dinner lands on time.
Key features
• Enter the weight in pounds or kilograms, stuffed or unstuffed, and your oven temperature
• Refrigerator thaw days and cold-water thaw hours for your turkey
• Roast time range for 325, 350 and 375 °F ovens, with the 165 °F (74 °C) safe temperature to check

Thaw times, the 325 °F roast times, the 20-minute rest and the 165 °F safe temperature follow the turkey guidance of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). Times for other oven temperatures are estimates. Always confirm doneness with a food thermometer in the thigh, wing and breast, and in the stuffing if you stuff the turkey.
