Says must enter dob when I have and then says user exists (which is not true). Lot of nonsense. Only wanted my £10 credit!
App wouldn't accept dob, kept saying invalid format. Now won't open, says licence expired
Says "License has expired" and won't let me progress.
Never works says expired contact 'The Loyalty CO'
App regularly has glitches. Now the app doesn't even allow login, saying license expired

Absolutely awful app, impossible to sign in. Constantly tells you, user already exists.

There's an issue with the app for android users. You can register but crashes at the final step on the app. You get a registration confirmation email but when you try and sign in, it says the email address is in use, like it's trying to register you again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still no luck. Shame really, the restaurant is really good but this reward scheme is letting it down.
