tickets i purchased have disappeared from my account and there is no response since a week now. how can I trust the app for future events ?

I can't localise the events.

Very disappointed with this concert experience. It did not match the expectations shown in the promotional video at all. Do not be tempted by the cheap discounted tickets. The seats were at the back, and the concert view was not visible at all. This was very disappointing because the actual experience was completely different from what was advertised. I was also disappointed that a Ticketmelon staff addressed me as "Kak" instead of "Sir", and instead of apologizing, she did not apologize at all.

Emailed Ticketmelon due to Sadistic Intent Bangkok show being cancelled by organiser on 23rd April. Received a generic email response and no follow up communication or action taken. Edit: Apologies, missed the refund payment, which was received on 24th April. Thank you Ticketmelon for the quick processing of said refund.

แอปไม่ดีเลยค่ะ กดกี่รอบบอทก็ลงตลอด พอถึงเวลากดก็บอกบัตรหมดแล่วมันพึ่งถึงเวลาเองนะคะ ถ้ายังไม่พัฒนาหรือแก้ไขเรื่องบอทก็ไม่ควรมาทำต่อค่ะ ไม่มีปัญญาแก้ไขแล้วมาสร้างแอปทำไมคะ ใจคือไม่อยากให้ดาวเลยด้วยซ้ำ

Don't buy from Ticketmelon. They false advertise, misrepesent their events to solicit resales and do not refund when events are cancelled. อย่าซื้อตั๋วจาก Ticketmelon พวกเขาโฆษณาเกินจริง บิดเบือนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับงานอีเวนต์เพื่อหลอกขายต่อ และไม่คืนเงินหากงานถูกยกเลิก
