junk not reliable
scam alert due to sending your personal information to strangers and numerous partners
It was ok when it worked but now I'm forced to painstakingly login to the Tmobile app every time I want to see where one of my cars is at, not at all convenient. When my contract is up I will be switching to a different tracking service.
I loved this app it was more detailed and easy to use they need to bring it back I miss it....T-mobile can do that!! 😐
they should've left it the way it was it breaks with t life every second.

RIP TO THE BEST APP FOR YOUR CAR 🥺😭
Moving it to the t-life app is awful. It's hard to find in that app which is cluttered with ads. It doesn't give notifications and is missing key features. Not worth the money to keep the trackers and pay the monthly fee if this is what T-Mobile offers.

5 months later and this newer app is still very erratic and important features from the legacy version were removed. Dev team won't respond to feedback, emails, app ratings. It's very disappointing as we pay for this service which constantly fails to perform. Update 7/2026: T-Mobile can care less about the SyncUp drive and reviews. They don't listen, have AI doing the programming and no quality checks.
