GARBAGE APP. Had to leave my progress on claim to update address to send new phone. Came back to claim closed. Told to call into insurance. Mechanical issue. They said to talk to tmobile???. Now waiting upto 30 min to speak to agent. WASTING MY ENTIRE MORNING. All to just ship new phone. Ef T-Mobile. What the hell happened to you!

wow, it was super easy to use and understand!
paying the 150 for a replacement device isn't worth it. they just send you a used pos that has its own problems. the phone they sent me has a damaged screen, the back is separating and the battery dies by lunch. it's a joke.
