what a horrible little eld app. Its not intuitive at all. If your truck is off it will keep you on driving. Its constantly throwing errors. this is not a finished product. its really bad.

the app works, its not perfect, but it works, sadly they dont understand the split rules nor their system recognize it as it should as per the fmcsa rules for such.

This is the worst app. Continually disconnects, wont stop your drive time automatically when you are fueling unless you do it manually. Motive is so much better and more user friendly. If I step 1 step out the truck door it disconnects. It disconnects while driving down the road. Goes to malfunction mode regularly. The people will not call you back or answer any emails DO NoT pay for the entire year they will not respond to your issues. Stay Away from this APP.

Android...yes, but not Chrome! I was impressed by the web based application and ease of use in the phone app, but was hoping to get more out of it running on my Android based Chromebook... and unlike other ELD's you can't use the California 80/8 rules,nor any of the other special provisions of the ELD logging. I will say accessing "Yard moves and PC" is much easier with this app.

Will end up canceling my subscription. the eld says to go off duty, end PC. so you would think I'm still in PC if I have to go in and change it. Don't do anything, start driving, nope, it put me right on duty driving. Fire your layout team and bring in some people from Motive. at least their eld is user friendly. Actually, don't I'll be going back to Motive. I don't need your useless techs screwing them up also.

Slow application to change duty status Changes to on duty when stopped rather then off duty. No time to wait on response or ability to change duty quickly all to often. Must depart truck at Fuel Island, Lavatory at Rest Area's and Stop's quickly while ELD switches to On Duty from slow response. Unit loses Service far to often!
