Modern digital recruitment platform
Civi is a Kuwaiti digital platform that allows job seekers to showcase their professional profiles to employers and companies looking for employees. Job seekers can create a professional profile that includes their experience, skills, resume, and a short introductory video to help them present themselves effectively. Civi also allows employers to review job seeker profiles and connect directly with suitable candidates. Civi facilitates access and communication between the two parties, while the interview, hiring, and employment agreements are handled directly between the job seeker and the employer, without any intervention from the platform. Your next job or your next employee starts with Civi!
