Final Third — Team Management, Tactical Settings and Match Analysis
Final Third is a football management simulator focused on squad selection, player positioning, tactical parameters, and analysis of events on the pitch. Before each match, users can evaluate the upcoming opponent, prepare the starting eleven, and define the team's approach to the game. The main screen contains information about the club, the next match and stadium, as well as a brief overview of the conditions for the upcoming fixture. Here, users can review previous results and the team's current position in the table. Information is presented in a compact format so that essential details are available without navigating through multiple menus. A dedicated Team Sheet section is used to manage the squad. Players are positioned directly on the pitch according to their roles. Each footballer is displayed with a name, position, and numerical rating, helping users evaluate the available options before the match begins. Users can switch between several tactical formations. Changing the formation immediately updates the positions on the pitch, making it easy to see how players will be arranged in relation to one another. The complete squad list is displayed below, allowing users to find the required player without leaving the preparation screen. Final Third also provides information about the opponent before the match. The Team Talk section displays the opposing formation, positioning characteristics, and numerical ratings for different areas of the team. Short text notes explain potential aspects of the upcoming fixture and help users prepare their own settings. Tactical parameters in Final Third can be adjusted separately. Sliders allow users to change tempo, line height, and team width. Each parameter displays its current value together with a short explanation, making it easy to understand the selected settings before kick-off. After preparation is complete, users can proceed directly to the match. The pitch screen displays player positions and the development of the current situation. The upper section shows the score, match time, current phase, and other information required to follow the fixture. A separate information panel explains the current situation on the pitch. It can display the area where an attack is developing, information about a pass or movement of the ball, and player positioning. This allows users to see not only the outcome of an episode but also the context in which it develops. During the match, numerical team indicators are available. Users can compare possession, off-the-ball activity, and other parameters related to the current phase. The information updates as the match progresses and is presented in a compact format. The Final Third interface is built around the football pitch, player lists, tables, information panels, and tactical controls. The main screens clearly separate squad preparation, opponent analysis, team settings, and the match itself. Final Third combines squad management, formation selection, opponent preparation, team parameter adjustments, competition information, and a detailed match screen. Build your starting lineup, adjust the team's structure, follow the development of match situations, and analyse results within one structured football environment.
