Great way to send personalised postcards to our grandchildren when we travel. Very easy to use by buying credits and uploading photos from my phone. Good quality cards and they arrive only 2-3 days after ordering, rather than weeks after getting home! We have sent cards from all over the world, never need to go hunting for a postcards or stamp, and the children love getting their own mail!

I haven't used touch note in a while but I remembered I needed credits so I bought 3 for 12ish dollars. I then proceeded to start a postcard and then at payment options, there was no mention anywhere of my credits or paying with them. I just paid with my Google account which spun and spun and barely worked in the end. When you buy credits in your packages, it makes no mention that your going to split my credits into two different categories (postcard vs. Greeting card). Scammy and deceptive app
Besides the first few cards, never been able to get this app to work. Updated today for the millionth time, still nothing. I give up on my credits, just going to uninstall

I'm disabled and this helped me reconnect with a lost friend. it didn't show delivery status and I couldn't even tell if my lost friend received it but then I got a call a month after I sent the letter. my friend was alright and he was happy I sent it. thank you touch note

A great App - but they took an annual subscription which I had forgotten about for 3 years without asking me why I was not using the account!!!

I got 2 cards in the past best things I ever purchased.
The prices raise every year and this year it went up by $20!!! I might have to cancel.
