didn't really use it
it worked and not anymore, ever since this dummer my kids location and the safety features from app are not working on watch, everything is available, silent time refuses to work, only contacts updating. i am ready to throw it away as i cannot see my kid anywhere on the map. every thing that made it good is now giving me stress.
I have a TCL Linkzone and I can't get help with it from TCL or the carrier. It will go into a constant restart loop in certain areas and everyone is refusing to help. I'm ready to file a claim with the FTC.
Quite buggy app: the pedometer doesn't work until synced from the watch first and if not opened daily the statistics lost ; if the watch is updated, the daily steps count zeroed; it's impossible to raise any support question from the app; there is no connected Wi-Fi networks list, except the available networks at the Add Wi-Fi step. the app uses mobile network for audio call to watch despite the internet connection available. good point: the app works, shows the watch location quite precisely.

doesn't have a login option or kids watch connect option, only routers and headphones.
Airplane Mode approval is not working on TCL Connect 3.4.0 with my MT48X. It worked correctly on August 18, before the latest app update. Now, when my child tries to enable Airplane Mode, I receive the notification saying that the watch needs my consent. However, tapping the notification only opens the main Location screen in TCL Connect, and there is no option anywhere to approve the request. Airplane Mode is already enabled under User Permission. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.
Don't buy the watch, the app is trash. There are notifications that appear continously and then I cannot press any button to answer the call. Also, on my phone, if I am called, I cannot directly answer, I have to unlock the phone, go to the app, select the watch, enter the menu, from there answer the phone, all these actions take to long and I rarely have time to answer before the call is dropped.

The message function doesn't work anymore on the watch. When opening "messages" on watch - it switches to main screen. Restart doesn't help either. Only direct calls work. This is the case also for the friends of my child.
