Hello, customs real-name authentication uses the certified mobile phone number to replace personal information for declaration by customs brokers to prevent personal information from being imported under a false name. If it is inconvenient to use your real name, please contact your customs broker for paper-based customs clearance when importing.

last updated September 23. No longer usable October 6. I am okay with updates, but a week old version that can't be used anymore. The whole process of EZ way creates little convenience, and it's just one more company that now has all your details. How does that make it safer?

the worst app I ever tried to register on. keeps asking for parc expiry date, when there is none and no bypass! useless waste of time

沒有4g/5g網路不給用真的好棒棒。手機沒有門號上網就完全被玩死了。難怪我每次報關完就會把 APP 給移除。真不虧強迫大家接受貿易商好棒棒的做法。我最喜歡這種只能用手機的功能了。 我沒有什麽問題，就手機只有 WiFi 上網也不行。寄信也解決不了這問題，難道你要給我不用門號的版本嗎？

您好，海關實名認證是以認證後的手機門號取代個資供報關業者申報，以避免個資遭不肖冒名進口，如不便實名，進口時請聯繫您的報關業者辦理紙本委任清關；如使用WIFI，註冊時認證方式請選擇「簡訊認證」，本國籍簡訊認證用戶註冊(含重新認證)後，需完成【簡訊認證五步驟】，關務署才會進行審查。 1.【拍攝】身分證正反面。 2.【輸入】簡訊驗證碼。 3.【等待】APP推播通知。 4.【接收】Email通知信。 5.【驗證】健保卡及註冊密碼。 至健保署網站辦理健保卡註冊密碼。 至關務署CPT網站驗證實體健保卡及註冊密碼。請注意！必需收到APP推播通知及Email後，才可至關務署CPT網站插卡驗證，謝謝。

Will app when selected English maybe should be full English with your pop up been Chinese and some other places are Chinese and I cant use screen translator it's makes the app impossible to understand and I don't read Chinese to makes it impossible for me go use this app if I can't translate it. Please make it FULL English and full Chinese not half as sing it.
