I have used it for quite a while and there are a lot of useful resources that are easy to find targeting on my GR8FLEX exercise equipment and my friend's Total Gym. Customer Service team is super friendly and helpful as they really care about my needs any time when I email them. All of my friends who own Total Gym say that they will upgrade to GR8FLEX in the future when Total Gym doesn't cover warranty on their equipments since GR8FLEX truly honors lifetime warranty.
