Callumen: Spam Call Blocker

Callumen is a spam call blocker and message tracker for Android. Build your own spam and block lists, check whether a number is saved in your contacts, and keep the message notifications you missed in one place. All of it is processed on your device. Set Callumen as your default caller ID & spam app and calls from numbers on your lists are rejected automatically, even when the app is closed. KEY FEATURES - Spam call blocking: add numbers to your Spam or Block list. Callumen screens incoming calls from them through Android's call-screening service (Android 10 and later). - Number lookup: type any phone number to see whether it matches a contact saved on your phone. - Unseen messages: with notification access, Callumen keeps a private log of message notifications from your messaging apps, so you can read them later in one place. - Contacts & dialpad: browse your contacts, mark favorites, and call, message or block a number from one screen. - Call history: see the calls Callumen screened and the calls you placed from the app, grouped by day. - Themes & languages: pick a header color you like and use the app in 21 languages. - Reminders: optional local notifications that you can switch off in Settings. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Callumen has no account and no server of its own. Your contacts, spam and block lists, call history and message log stay on your device and are never uploaded. You can clear them at any time. PERMISSIONS - Contacts: to show names for numbers you have saved. - Phone: to place calls you start from the app. - Notification access: to keep the Unseen message log. - Default caller ID & spam app: to reject calls from your lists. Each permission is optional and can be turned off in your system settings. WHO IT'S FOR People who get unwanted calls and want a simple way to block them with their own list, and anyone who wants to keep track of message notifications they missed.
