TransDev NA makes no assurance that the app transmits accurate, real-time updates on the client's CCCTA LINK Paratransit booking, and seems to have no intention to rectify the issue. This creates terrible confusion and hardship for clients who already find adapting to changing situations challenging, and rely on written communication (text) to understand expectations. The app is one hand not knowing what the other hand (shuttle) is doing, even when GPS tracking/updates are the norm on rideshare.
