Extremely disappointing experience I have been trying to receive my funds for 7 days, but my transactions keep getting declined. I also cannot make payments or use my card because transactions are being declined. The support team takes too long to reply, and when they do respond, they keep asking me for the same information instead of resolving the issue.This situation has caused me a lot of stress and financial loss. I also have refunds from eBay and PayPal that can only be returned to my card

My 1rst time using TransferGo, it took about 13 hours for the funds to leave my Turkish bank and 14 hours total to arrive in Indonesia. My 2nd transfer, I got a bit confused and canceled the transaction, but after restarting it, it only took 4 hours. Their customer support and virtual assistant are brilliant—fast to respond with real solutions. A special thank you to Ms. Ugné M. for resolving my issue today. My 3rd transfer took only about 25 minutes! Totally satisfied and highly recommended.

Just installed because on their website, the rates look promising, but then in the app, it does not match. It's way less: 72.23 PHP per EUR versus 70.54. That's not good business. Other transfer apps so far have been accurate on their website.

if you have an emergency and send money with them, it could take more than 3 days, they aren't refunding my money or sending, they keep saying its with their kenyan partners. very unreliable.

I have a refund with you guys since last month, ever since the refund was sent, I couldn't login to the app again, and I haven't gotten the refund in my bank yet after you guys said it's just 3 business days. My bank is asking of ARN, I couldn't get that since the app isn't accessible by me again
