One quiet minute a day. A short daily reset, written by people, not machines.
Jeje is one quiet minute a day. Every morning it gives you a short reset: a few words worth reading, sometimes a slow breath, sometimes a question you can answer in a sentence. Some days it is one line and nothing else. Some days it is a little longer. It is never the same day twice. Then you close it and get on with your day. That is the whole app. WRITTEN BY PEOPLE, FOR WHERE YOU ARE Most calm apps sound like they were written in California. Jeje does not. The words are chosen for the place you are in and the language you actually think in — and where a market has its own voice, you get it rather than a translation of somebody else's. Today that means global English, Nigerian English and Nigerian Pidgin. More voices as the people who speak them come to write them. WHAT YOU ARE CARRYING Tell Jeje what is most on your mind — money, work, family, sleep, or yourself — and where a reset has been written for it, that is the one you get. Where none has, nothing is lost. Change it whenever it changes. WHEN YOU NEED A MINUTE Some days do not wait for the morning. Three doors are always there: when you cannot sleep, when you are carrying something, and when you cannot settle. They work offline, because the moment you reach for one is the least likely moment to have signal. PUT IT DOWN Jeje sometimes asks a question and lets you answer it. Those answers are yours. Nobody at Jeje reads them, and there is no screen anywhere in our systems that would show them to us. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN A widget puts the day's line where you will actually see it, with Breathe and Put down beside it. No opening anything. WHAT JEJE DOES NOT HAVE No feed. No likes. No comments. No streaks. No badges. No leaderboards. No advertising. Nothing to keep up with and nothing to lose by missing a day. Jeje is not medical care. It is not therapy or treatment and does not claim to be. If you are struggling, please talk to a doctor or someone you trust.
