it is a ded app not working most of the times, i changed my device and i trying to login on my new phone it is not responding. just stuck

App not working
Very disgusting app. Sometimes the digital ticket expires before you complete your journey and you have to go through the hassle of asking for a new one at the metro station. Moreover, the login is very annoying, requiring you to enter a long password everytime you open the app. Please fix your app. Recently, the app hasn't even been opening. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling again but the problem persists. Once opened, it just shows an error message for a split second and the app stops???
