Work orders, checklists, time tracking, and schedules for field service teams.
Ground Ops is the field app for service businesses in more than 25 trades, from cleaning and property care to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, and general repair. Your team sees the day's work, gets to the job, does it right, and proves it was done, all from one phone. FOR YOUR TEAM IN THE FIELD - Today's work orders, with the address, access notes, and what the client asked for - On My Way, with a live arrival estimate sent to the client - Checklists for every job, with before and after photos - Clock in and out from the job, with location recorded at each step - Keeps working without a signal and syncs when you're back online - Your schedule, your availability, time-off requests, and your pay - Fully in Spanish or English FOR OWNERS AND SUPERVISORS: - See who is where, who is running late, and what is done - Approve time off and review completed work and photos - Estimates and invoices tied to the work that was done - Lock-screen alerts for the things that need you LOCATION: Ground Ops uses your location while you are working: when you tap On My Way, clock in or out, or take a job photo. If your business turns on arrival detection, the app also uses location in the background to notice when you reach a job site, so your time starts on its own. You are asked first, and you can turn it off in your phone's settings at any time. A Ground Ops account is required. Your business owner invites you from the Ground Ops web app at app.groundops.io.
