I am just trying to understand why I get missed notification messages when my leads are paused causing my pickup rate to fall.
I had the service for a while and had very few leads that were valid. After canceling service, they continue to take money out.
I'm starting to think this app is horrible. I started out with problems right off the bat, missing my first 2 leads because of it. Now that the problem was fixed, I'm wondering if it really was. There is no easy way to find a test call, if there even is one, so you have to wait until the business week to call tech help while real estate is a 7 days a week industry. People are paying a lot for these leads, this app should work perfectly all the time.
zero help. nobody will call me back. False charges on my credit card.

Connectivity issues. I cannot connect to clients at all without it saying I have a connectivity issue despite wiping cache, reinstalling etc. on the S26 Ultra, there is no reason for this to be happening. WiFi ir data, doesn't matter. Same result.

Where's your integrity? First ever PA account- I can't even add a profile photo or update basic information. I've tried on both mobile & PC for months now. Don't embarrass yourself by looking as unprofessional as this app makes you appear. Zero customer support after multiple attempts. The company & devs are shameless. Do much better!

zillow needs to do a better job at vetting potential clients. I've had one that already has an agent, several that aren't pre-qualified and just wanted to look at properties because they were curious and nobody aware of what the buyers agency agreement is that's now required. I'm paying ridiculous amount of money for a service where most of the "leads" aren't viable.

cannot get this app to allow me to enter information without moving to another slot for information before I am finished in the information slot I was entering information into.
