I love that I'm able to filter by whatever matters to me. Whether browsing, or looking for my next home, I appreciate Trulia!
They Have Different Areas of All Options
Very helpful and informative!
great finds
so easy to navigate and so convenient
Predatory pricings. They will tell you one price then hide it in the description that it's part of a much bigger listing for a ridiculous price
I can't just go into a search to see what's new without telling it no condos, no multi family.... and the size lot we need, but I have to RESET IT EVERY TIME I WANT TO LOOK, THEN SAVE IT RESULTING IN MULTIPLE SAVES EXACTLY THE SAME. Also why are RENTALS showing in my notifications when I have no desire to rent? You also allow agents to list a $3M package of homes, but at separate prices which is effectively FALSE ADVERTISING!

What is the point of having "filters" when the app doesn't pay attention to them?
They moved the HOA fee information so it's more hidden now. This is a really important detail for my search. please revert the recent change.
