It works great and is very easy to operate. My only complaint is, it asks if you want to be notified when your wash is done, and even if you select yes in the app or your settings in your phone it doesnt do that. You have to be in the app in order for it to tell you its done. If you are not in the app and your time has expired, it will not communicate with you that your wash is finished. That's my only complaint, other than that its great 👍🏾
simple and easy
I like the fact that the machines are controlled through my phone.
The app is very easy to use.
won't let us link sub account, is a pain to log into, unneccary security permission. why the hell does a laundry machine need my phone number.
App will forever sit on a loading screen so I have to exit and renter the app to get it fixed. Machines take money and give half the time for the full amount.
It's a miracle if this app works. Horrible load times if it loads at all. Constantly disconnecting my payment method and refusing to reconnect it. Refills also constantly fail. Terrible app.
Great app
Great if you know the quirks. I use the prefilled card. I use to lose money in the machine before I learned how it works. You need to keep your card in the slot until you hear three clicks and a boom. It takes about five seconds. I use to pull the card away before that and it would take my money and not start. Maybe better instructions.
works well.
