The time counts down but the washer doesn't even start
Service works well.
It's easy and help me out a lot don't have a car. But some dryer don't dry to good but other then that I am happy with the service .
App is useful, yet far too many ads and the worst ones are when you scan a QR code and it pops up before connecting to the machine. We're already paying to do our laundry, we don't need to be hammered with ads so you can generate passive revenue. Limit the ads to opening the app, starting a cycle or after notifications of cycle completion!

Efficient way to pay for laundry. Any refunds or out of order machines were handled accordingly!
It was easy and very helpful
