payment options are broken. used to be able to add a custom amount but now the custom payment option claims i "cannot exceed $10" but also "cannot be less than $10". severely annoying
They never reply to refund requests when the machine malfunctions!! Easily wasted $50 over the past year on their broken equipment...
doesn't work. as a tourist, I have my UK number and didn't receive a text. the apparently 24x7 support number doesn't work either. sucks!!!
awesome never have any problems only issue I have is that I am unable to load more than $10 at a time and I've got to use some of that $10 before I can add an additional 10

works great no need to carry around quarters
