Can't update firmware and controller auto disconnects after a few minutes. Great controller when it used to work.
app wont work on s24 with one UI 8.5 and android version 16. Just continues to close app tried all the diffrent trouble shoots online. controller will connect and work a few min then turn off assuming it need a firmware update but can't get it.

controller keeps deactivating. ...product reliability poor imo ...I left it shelved for two. months but that couldn't have caused it
Was my favorite controller I would use it with my Samsung flip and with my Samsung fold. But ever since the last update it constantly disconnects during play. I cant play on GamePass, Luna, or Mobile Android games. How irritating...I could get a a different product but I really don't want to...please fix your product Atom.

2026 last app update was 2023 the controller is unusable with android 16. asking for help on support just gets you a refund.
