Welcome! Seating is here to make planning your next gathering a little easier—and a lot more fun. Create your layout, find the right spot for everyone, and enjoy bringing people together. We’re glad you’re here!
Create seating plans, arrange tables, assign guests and export or share PDFs.
Turn a guest list into a clear seating plan without juggling paper sketches and spreadsheets. Seating is completely free to use, with no ads, no in-app purchases and no account required. Your plans stay on your device. Plan the room Draw the room with walls, doors and windows. Add square, rectangular or round tables, move them into place and adjust their size. Use the grid and zoom controls to work comfortably on phones and tablets. Arrange every seat Add chairs around each table and change the layout as often as needed. Joined tables let you create longer shapes for family tables, group tables or event seating. Assign guests Build your guest list, assign each person to a chair and see who is seated or still needs a place. Names and initials stay visible on the seating chart, so changes are easy to understand. Save different layouts Keep multiple seating plans on your device and reopen them later. Try another table arrangement without losing the plans you already saved. Export a useful PDF Create a clear PDF with the room layout, tables, seats and guest list. Save it to your device, print it or share it with the people preparing the room. Made for real events Use Seating as a wedding seating planner, table planner for dinner parties, birthday seating chart, classroom layout, conference room plan or reception planner. Metric and imperial units are supported. Private and available offline Seating works without an internet connection after installation. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking, and it does not ask for access to your contacts, location, camera or microphone. Build the room, seat every guest and keep a clear plan ready for the day of your event.
