The app needs a SERIOUS FIX!! The screen light dims while watching the educational video and eventually the phone gets locked. This bug makes it impossible to watch/access course on the mobile app. This is only happening with this app. Also, the course fees are always shown in USD. There's no option given to change the currency type.

This app doesn't work every time, I purchased a course in January till now I haven't done one quarter of it due to the app not loading my courses and telling me to try again later. it kills the zeal to learn. my app is up to date too. the few times I can log in, I won't spend up to 4 hours and the app starts misbehaving. is there a way to save videos offline to watch later instead of being discouraged by the app

"I've paid the fees for the HP ALM course, but I haven't received the course videos yet. I've already sent the payment details and pay slip to the HR department still I'm not yet anything.🙁😠 Could you please help me resolve this issue and provide access to the course materials or resend amount?
