Pill Monitor is a simple, private medication reminder and medication tracker for pills, tablets, capsules and prescriptions. Set medication reminders, record doses, review medication history, track remaining supply and stay on top of refills — with no ads and no account required. Medication reminders • Set scheduled medication reminders • See today’s medication schedule • Review upcoming doses • Receive repeat reminders for doses that still need attention • Turn notifications off if you prefer You can also use Pill Monitor as a private medication notebook without notifications. Dose tracking Record doses as taken, skipped, missed or adjusted. Your medication history gives you a clear record of what happened without relying on memory. PRN and as-needed medications Pill Monitor supports as-needed and PRN medications, including unscheduled doses. Refill and supply tracking Keep track of your remaining medication supply and refill information. Premium can also provide low-stock reminders to help you know when another supply may be needed. Free plan and Premium Pill Monitor is free to install, contains no advertising and does not require an account. New users can try the full Premium feature set during the Premium trial. Premium includes: • Multiple active medications • Multiple scheduled times per medication • Medication photos • Refill and remaining-supply tracking • Home screen widgets • Custom notification sounds After the trial, you can continue using the free plan or choose Premium. The free plan currently supports up to 2 active medications with 1 scheduled time per medication. If you are above those limits when the trial ends, your information is not silently deleted. Pill Monitor will ask which medications and reminder times you want to keep active, or you can choose Premium. Affordable Premium We believe a useful medication reminder should not require an expensive monthly subscription. One low-cost annual subscription unlocks the full feature set and supports continued development of Pill Monitor. Private by design No account is required. Pill Monitor does not upload your medication list, dose history, refill information or medication photos to our servers as part of normal app use. Pill Monitor contains no third-party advertising and does not use your medication data for advertising. Accessibility • TalkBack screen reader support • High-contrast mode • Deuteranopia, protanopia and tritanopia colour modes • Light and dark themes Travel and time changes Pill Monitor includes time-zone and Daylight Saving Time awareness to help reminders behave predictably when travelling or when clocks change.
