I SCHEDULED 2 RIDES REQUEST ONE AT 7:30 AND ANOTHER ONE AT 7:41 THIS MORNING!!!! 2 DRIVERS FOR SOME REASON TURNED ME DOWN!!!!! THEY WERE ALSO 20 MILES OUT!!!!!! FINALLY JUNITA TOOK MY REQUEST AND DID HER BEST TO GET ME HERE---SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!!!! HOWEVER THOSE OTHER 2 ARE PIECES OF TRASH LEAVING ME HANGING!!!!----THIS IS HORRIBLE TO DO TO VETERANS!!!!!
Today, Uber cheated me. I was offered a ₹60 discount on my trip, bringing the charge to ₹32, but the driver collected ₹108 from me. He even showed me the bill for the trip. The driver remarked that while the company offers discounts to passengers, they do not offer them to the drivers. There is no option to contact Uber customer care or support. Bad experience.

worst app ever, cannot change payment method, cannot add new stops properly, the scheduled rides never arrive and the app doesn't even notify the user about the ride cancellation, if you want to go somewhere use other apps or go by walking because you'll reach your destination if you keep walking but if you keep waiting for the ride in this app, it'll never arrive lmfao, ngl worst app ever, didn't want to give even 1 star but can't post the review with zero stars, that's why I had to give one.
