i personally don't suggest this app, because there will be no proper support from them if a issue comes, i have been trying since from a week but no response. there is no way to reach to them, the link they send it won't work, it keeps on saying please describe your problem, thank you for reaching out us.
This app is absolute garbage! Some courses play/download while others will not. Whenever you try to reach customer support, it asks you to login...I'm already logged in! I was hoping to watch certain courses on my phone, while following along on my laptop...so much for that! 0 STARS!!!!!!
Splendid
love the plateform but having issues with ap not saving but otherwise some good instructors are on UdeMy
Absolutely the best.
constant issues with being unable to download content. tried wifi, mobile data, switching airplane mode on and off, deleting the app, installing it again, force stopping, deleting cache. just doesn't work. why pay when you can't access the content you pay for.

best to grow
I paid for a course through the Udemy Android app, but it never appeared in my account due to a technical error acknowledged by Udemy Support. I contacted them to get access to my course, not to request a refund. However, they processed a refund without my request and refused to provide the course. Despite explaining my issue multiple times, they offered no alternative solution. Very disappointing customer support and lack of accountability for a technical issue that wasn't my fault.
The videos are not stable. Many errors come up while I am watching and technical support is not helpful
Regularly skips videos in a section, and the now playing screen performs poorly and consumes a huge amount of battery life.
