Handheld order pad for the U-Serve restaurant POS. Works offline.
U-Serve is the handheld order pad for restaurants running the U-Serve POS. It connects to your branch's POS server over the local network, so an order taken at the table reaches the kitchen and the till straight away. WHAT IT DOES • Take orders at the table — browse your branch's own menu by category, choose a size, add extras, and attach a note for the kitchen. • Dine-in, takeaway and drive-thru. Dine-in opens on your branch's floor plan, so you can see which tables are free, occupied or reserved. • Send to the kitchen, then keep editing afterwards: add a plate, change a quantity, or move the order to another table. • Take payment, including splitting one bill across more than one payment method, with change or a tip recorded. • Print the bill on a Bluetooth or network receipt printer paired with the handset, or ask the Windows POS to print it. • Hold an order and come back to it, so you can serve the next customer first. • Attach a customer to an order, and apply the discounts and coupons your branch has set up. WORKS WITHOUT THE NETWORK If the POS server cannot be reached, the app keeps working. The menu, tables and settings come from a copy saved on the device, and the orders you build, edit, pay for and print are queued and sent as soon as the server answers again. SET UP BY YOUR BRANCH Each member of staff signs in with a PIN and can do only what your branch's dashboard allows that account to do. The menu, prices, taxes, service charges and payment methods all come from your own POS — this app changes none of them. English and Arabic, with full right-to-left layout. TRY IT FIRST Tap "Try the demo" on the first screen to explore the whole app with a sample restaurant. No server, licence or PIN is needed. U-Serve requires a U-Serve POS server on your local network. It is a companion to that system, not a standalone point-of-sale product.
