missing some basic features such as being able to continue where you left off. Why I watch on YouTube instead, I'd love to pay the subscription but the app experience just isn't good enough yet.

Despite stating clearly that casting is available it doesn't work. Rip off. I'll be claiming back my payment through my credit card.
Absolutely shocking! Terrible customer care. Can't log in and emailed them ten times and nobody is bothered to sort it out. I need my money refunded as I have not had any use of the service. Terrible Terrible!
Could really do with a app for the Nvidia Shield or Firestick

Great App and easy to use. Curious, are there any other ultimate pool apps which have drills to complete and log etc?

Unable to cast to smart tv from S23 android smartphone. Disappointed.
Love all the videos, archived content and live pool but I'd love it if the actual interface and functioning of the app was improved. Improvements needed, in my opinion, are remembering watched videos and being able to continue watching from where you left off, fixing user experience and crashing, adding sections for certain videos like the masterclasses and the pool xtra podcast. If all this and aspects of this nature were improved then the app would definitely be 5 starts. Thanks.

Downloaded to cast videos to a smart tv but the cast feature doesn't work. Also has a nasty habit of crashing the entire phone forcing a hard reset. Shame as I would be very interested in watching some of the live streams but only if I can cast to a proper sized display
Flakey. Whether live or watching on catch up, drops out and the whole app needs a restart (you need to remember the time stamp of where you were watching in catch-up; you simply have to miss some play if watching live). Not good enough for a subscription service.
