Selftraining Health helps you manage your physical exercise online independently.
Selftraining Health is an online application created within the framework of the research project “Integration of E-Health based on physical exercise as the best detoxification and rehabilitation processes for drug addicts” and financed by the “Higher Sports Council; Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan; NextGenerationEU”. The purpose of this application is to offer a training program with online physical exercise sessions where the training load is controlled through heart rate variability through a training algorithm. The app integrates with Polar and Oura rings to allow you to record heart rate variability. It allows you to control the limits of HRV variation for decision making, and includes dozens of physical exercise videos for different levels, in order to offer a progressive adaptation to training to those users who decide to improve their physical condition independently. The application allows you to participate in the research studies of the “Selftraining” line of the Sports Research Center of the Miguel Hernández University of Elche.
