Hi William, thanks for the honest feedback. We know account creation adds a step, but it's what lets us securely save your poses, galleries, and progress across devices — we don't sell or harvest your data. I rarely leave negative reviews but this experience completely changed my trust in Unscripted. I purchased a lifetime subscription in 2020. As is grew into a CRM, I moved my entire business over. Today, I logged in to load and deliver a gallery only to discover my storage had been capped at 100GB (despite sitting at well over that for a year) and needed to pay ANOTHER subscription for more storage. If lifetime benefits can be taken away, how can we trust any future promises?

Goodapp
Great all-in-one tool for running a photography business on the go. Quick access to client management, invoicing, contracts, and galleries without needing a laptop. The posing guide is a solid reference when you need fresh ideas during a session, and the sun tracker is genuinely useful for planning outdoor shoots. Templates save time on repetitive tasks. Clean interface, no bloat. If you're a photographer looking to keep everything in one place, this is it.

Thank you so much - we really appreciate this! Love hearing that the app is helping you stay organised on the go and that tools like the posing guide and sun tracker are useful in real sessions.
2026 update has almost ruined the app. What I used to use for anylitics I now can't rely on. I have had to move my CRM to different platforms. I can't simply add poses to upcoming sessions, I can't remove things that I used to be able to do. I was willing to work with the ability that the app vs the website having differences, but I've been back and forth with their tech support and they can't seem to figure out the problem. I've sent videos and screen grabs, and nothing seems to fix any of it.
love the sunset tracker and all the inspo!!
