Scumbags hire you But never Start you. I met several people who were hired and refused other offers thinking they had a good job, then no money, can't pay rent

We (UPS employees) deserve better! We need a UPS worker app to easily pick up, drop, and reschedule shifts at the facility. This is frustrating, as I have to commute 30 miles to the facility only to be told that there is less load and I have to go back home. This continually happens. Why hire people for jobs only to make them miserable?
