App does not let me create an account! Totally unresponsive.
I can't set up my account on the app. The app is worthless if it doesn't even function. Looks like I'm not the only one making this complaint!

your account password won't work on both phone AND computer. I have to set up 2 accounts! my phone freezes while attempting to use this app so it doest work when I'll need it most

Clunky at best. Added my horses and I see the same horse listed 3x now, after deleting a repeat, when the second horse ended up with the same name as the first. I thought adding a trip would give me a map for hauling with a trailer. That it would ask for rig length and height, but didn't see any of that. This is likely only good for getting my card info, assuming I have a connection. Slow response too.

Have not used this til today . The app will not let me ask for roadside assistance. It closes when I try . Now im stuck and there's no phone # I can get to to call to get help. Not happy . Need more options besides pushing a button !

App keeps crashing when I click on any service request type. I am unable to place the request. I like the concept, but can't use the app.

This App is not ready for prime time. Had to go to desktop to create a pw, log in page looks like a kid did it, says LOGI. Logged in, home page just has 2 buttons, request and manage, can't add vehicles, dont see map or any icons shown in the description. Settings just says Log and version. WTH? A real disappointment. I wouldn't trust this App to order a sandwich. Sorry to be blunt but this should be withdrawn and start over from scratch. Negative stars.
