It shows what the NHS, ACOG and the FDA say about each ingredient, explains why in plain words and links to the source, so you and your midwife can decide. How ratings work - Every rule comes from official guidance (NHS, ACOG, FDA) and shows its source and the date it was checked. - AI only reads text: the ingredient list on a label, or the brand and name on the front of a pack so you can pick the product. It never decides a rating or invents ingredients. - "No concerns" means nothing on our watch list, not a promise that a product is safe. Privacy - No account. Your due date, health answers and carb targets stay on your phone. - To read a label, the text your phone reads (or the photo, if it can't) is sent to Google's Gemini API, only with your OK, and we don't keep it.
