I keep getting errors trying login the mobile app. I can login just fine on the website. Also unable to contact support through the website. I have uninstalled & reinstalled several times, restarted my phone and still can't login. Worst app ever for mobile phones
The device can not send data to the app. Fix the app, it's not compatible with any Android phone.
the device is excellent, but this version of the app is terrible. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I use it. Never had this issue when it was the Variable version.

It always stop working after a few scans with my Galaxy 21S, every time I have to uninstall and install again.

This is a fantastic product. I highly recommend the Spectro device and it's corresponding app.

I wish they had Dunn Edwards paints in this app.
