Taking so long to clear a deposit despite sending my us company documents. From other reviews it's their modus operandum.... Ok now they cleared it but can't withdraw

That app is fraudulent. They are harvesting data. NIN, bvn, facial video recording etc... You can’t delete your account. When you withdraw, they’ll leave $0.01 on your wallet. And when you want to delete acct, you cannot delete. It’ll say $0.01 in balance and minimum withdrawal is $1. No customer support.
What an app. The fact that you can fund the wallet using different funding options such as fiat and crypto deposits and withdrawing to your commercial bank in seconds makes it exceptional. I will be looking forward to seeing some amazing features again.
vban deposit transaction was sleek but the withdrawal issue ongoing is an issue currently, hoping for a reinstatement
vban was created to steal from their customers.. I sent money from my own account to my vban wallet (Pounds) , vban refused to refund , refused to release my money and also blocked my vban account after 3 weeks of waiting for refund. the app is sweet at first then later take your money and block your account, even if you message them on chat support, they won't answer your messages or emails. I won't recommend this app even to my enemies. i will make a video of how vban stole my money.
