verifyle has been a great asset to my practice. Most of my clients are long distance and having this secure portal makes sending and receiving crucial and sensitive information less worrisome.

it's amazing
Biometric sign on functions correctly 50% of the time. Supports response to the biometric issue was, I'll send a note to developer. No formating options to emphasize communication. Download function is tedious when many attachments are involved. Each attachment must be selected individually. How about a select all function. Can't save recipient phone number for signer authentication. Moving attachments from one workspace to another is tedious. In short app works but is still rather rudimentary.
