sometimes it didn't work.
Terrible app! It automatically logs out without even telling you. This app cannot be trusted with operational alerting responsibility.
There aren't many enterprise products that do what splunk on call does. There are only a few that have a mobile app. The big cloud vendors have alerting infrastructure but at best it can send a text or phonecall. The mobile app really does help fill a gap that others don't have. All that said this is a zombie product. Splunk hasn't changed it since they acquired VictorOps a number of years ago and now it's even more up in the air with the acquisition of splunk by Cisco.

have to reset my password every time I want to log into it
Can you fix some team name was not available in the apps but available on the web. I cant assign the override via apps to some user due to name not available at the apps
Crashes constantly, extremely slow, useless. You better pray your employer doesn't adopt it
The UI is painfully slow on Android. Every button press takes at least 5 seconds to register. Why even have a mobile app at all when it's so prohibitively slow?
