I bought this system as my door entry. The app is terrible for sound. I see the video crisp and smooth but people cannot hear me. The audio is constantly cutting off. this is not an internet problem since I am at home and the video reception is clear. I regret buying this system for my door entry. Really bad!

It was quite good, but the video from the camera stopped showing when there's a call - very useless. Any chance to fix that?
Minimamente funcional e nada mais. UX bastante fraca e bugs frequentes. Ex: tenho o som desligado mas as chamadas ainda assim tocam frequentemente e, ainda pior, recebo-as com som apesar de ter o dispositivo em silêncio! Sinal que estão a fazer override aos meus settings do dispositivo 🤦🏻 para além disso as horas estão constantemente erradas durante a época DST 🤦🏻

Could you please make it so it actually DOESN'T ring, if I put the sound off? Otherwise it works fine, but the ringing is driving me crazy

Dear Mel Beh, about the call sound: the APP uses the mobile settings, so if multimedia sound is off, even the videodoor call sound is off. About the monitor, just activate the "mute" function and in case set the 24h scheduling. Hoping to help you we remain at your disposal. Kind regards
