Its a dumb App. It just pulls info from car and nothing more. Cannot even display the right subscription scheme for me. It is missing a capability to push communication and command to the EV. No buttons for the user to do so.
Please add a feature to set an alarm tone in the app when the car is finished charging. Notification without alarm tone isnt enough for people like me. 😅

I’m having an issue with the VinFast app’s Bill List, which keeps showing a “Service Unavailable” error. Because of this, I’m unable to view my bill and make the payment directly through the app. This issue has now caused a problem with charging the battery, which is very inconvenient. I hope VinFast can fix this issue as soon as possible and provide a proper solution for affected users. The app should allow customers to easily view their bills and make payments without encountering service erro
setelah update yerakhir tampilan bagus, tapi kalo bisa pantau proses charging dari aplikasi pasti lebih mantap
aplikasi error status charge terus..sudah laporan 3 hari lebih tapi tidak ada perumahan,bilangnya cuma bisa follow up ke bagian Tim terkait..tapi ga ada kejelasan berapa lama,,cuma disuruh menunggu.

Charging payment not work. Already paid the bill, but on apps status not paid yet. Didn't have customer service or call center for troubeshooting issue
I hope this app can be more functional than only check the batery status and location from my vf3. please add some features like on off vehicle, stop charging, open the window and so on.
