a software is very sluggish, doesn't remember your login and after 1 unsuccessful attempt telling you to wait for 250 seconds until nex attempts
That app is helpful but sometimes some features are unavailable.
The app does not update the battery charging status when accessed quite often. The remote features never work.

Remote climate control and remote car turn on doesn't work. We really need this, especially the last one because the cameras so long to boot!
Have to lock and unlock door first in order to control climate, working better and the all in one charging stations to pay is nice

ok app, sometimes it doesn't connect to the car.
The app is very buggy. I can't control my car's climate. Will report back when charger is installed.
As a Vinfast owner, I'm blown away with their customer service. Vinfast seems to be trying their best to set themselves apart from being a mediocre car manufacturer. Best wishes to them in competing is today's auto industry.
