Virtrio Mobile is the official attendee app for conferences, trade shows and virtual or hybrid events hosted on the Virtrio events platform. WHO IS THIS APP FOR This app is for people attending an event run by an organisation that uses Virtrio. You need an event registration to use it: when you register for a participating event, the organiser emails you a secure sign-in link. Tap it, and your event appears in the app — there is no separate account or password to create. If you do not have an event invitation, the app cannot be used on its own. WATCH SESSIONS - Watch live keynotes, breakout sessions and panels in the app - Catch up on sessions you missed with recordings, summaries, chapter markers and searchable transcripts - View the full event agenda and add sessions to your personal schedule with reminders PARTICIPATE IN SESSIONS - Join the session chat with other attendees - Ask the speakers questions in moderated Q&A - Vote in live polls and see results in real time MEET PEOPLE - Browse and search attendee profiles by topic or interest - Receive suggested contacts based on your profile and activity - Send introduction messages and start one-to-one video calls - Post, reply, and react on the event community board VISIT EXHIBITORS - Browse exhibitor and sponsor booth profiles - Chat with booth representatives and download brochures and resources - Share your contact details with an exhibitor by letting them scan your QR code - Find rooms and booths with the interactive venue floor plan CHECK IN FAST - Store your event ticket in the app or in your mobile wallet - Check in at the venue by showing your QR code - Get event announcements and session reminders as notifications FOR BOOTH STAFF If you are staffing an exhibitor booth, the app also gives you a lead dashboard: capture leads by scanning attendee QR codes or business cards, view lead activity, and reply to booth chat messages. Virtrio Mobile supports multiple events: register for several events on the platform and switch between them in the app.
