ScanUP is a document scanner for the papers you need to keep, find and share. Capture receipts, invoices, forms, letters, notes or school handouts with your phone, save the pages as a PDF and keep related files in folders. SCAN AND REVIEW Capture one page or several pages in the same document. Open the saved document to check its pages, give the file a name you will recognize later and export a PDF when you need to send a copy. Your phone's share options let you choose where to send it. A receipt for expenses, a multi-page application and meeting notes can stay in separate folders instead of getting lost among camera photos. PREPARE A PDF TO SEND Document tools > Ready-to-send PDF lets you collect pages from saved documents into a new draft. Change their order, remove pages you do not need, name the file and choose a target size. ScanUP shows the actual PDF size and warns when further reduction would cost too much quality; the chosen target size is not guaranteed. Share the prepared PDF or save it as a separate new document while keeping the originals. Importing an existing PDF into this tool requires a separate choice to allow temporary server rendering. Imported text layers become page images, so review the prepared copy before sharing it. STUDY FROM READABLE PAGES When a document contains readable text, Study pack can create source excerpts, practice cards and quiz questions on your device. An optional AI route asks for separate consent before selected source text is sent to OpenAI for a summary, cards and a quiz. Check generated answers against the cited source page. Blurry scans and pages without readable text can limit the result. KEEP DOCUMENTS EASY TO FIND Make folders for expenses, work, home or school and use dates or subjects to tell similar files apart. Before sending a form, contract copy or invoice, open the PDF and check that every page is present and legible. ScanUP prepares a copy; it does not verify the document or confirm that a recipient has accepted it. OPTIONAL SYNC, PLANS AND PRIVACY You can start with local documents. To use supported documents on another device, sign in, connect to the internet and wait for upload to finish. A file stored only on this phone will not appear elsewhere until it has uploaded.
