Doorbell, doesn't record, press the button - takes 5 mins before the chime activates! All within 6ft of each other - no walls! Rubbish!
Setup is a nightmare and needs to be more streamlined. Also cannot stop the device from uploading recordings to the cloud. Never buying another botslab product again.

I Just installed the update, and nothing records anymore. Unless you say hello to the camera it detect nothing. So this is completely useless. and I can't find a settings menu to changes settings. The microphone Squeeks instead of talk, and I hear the doorbell ringing on my phone about 30 seconds after the persons ring. I Strongly suggest you com up with an update very soon to fix the bugs, or your doorbell will be fit for the garbage. I am very disappointed, VERY
great app but... I requested they add the ability to rotate the app over a year ago and they still have not implemented. Landscape mode would be useful for my Smarthome Tablet. I would rate it higher if this basic feature was added.
