No option to edit or extend the guest permits.

This app is purposely built to assist towing companies and not the people using it to prevent getting towed. A simple edit of guest parking would be helpful, scheduling ahead would be helpful, not having to log in every single time would be helpful... but yet the app offers none of those things.

The app doesn't allow you to correct information after in the system 🙄

trash. guest permits cannot be edited at all. doesn't give you a time the permits expire. just a date. you will have to remember what time you put it in so you can remember when you re register. no easy way to renew or extend them either.

Following a recent accident, I have been provided with a rental vehicle while the insurance claim is being processed. The app allows for a maximum of six vehicle exchanges. I always need to contact support to manually override on their end; however, the towing company will not wait.

it was fine last month and this month my car got towed . it says cannot find an account anymore. when both my vh are registered.
