What a Bad App. Doesn't function, no fast forward, takes forever to load, just a disappointment.

this is stilll a very bad issue sinc3 January and not addressed,....................needs a dark mode and the all white backround for menus and plain screen is blinding painful for those that work nights, in dark environments and are light sensitive 🥺

This app sucks big time!! It always ask for me to re-enter my password, it always needs to reconnect only to still not be able to view anything, and it states that it's loading only to not load any live camera views. I can't see any current views, every view is from days ago. I just want to see what's happening outside my home, now!!

app sucks camera sucks everything about it us garbage don't waste 500$ on a system it's a rip off

good but needs some improvements eoth camera and nvr handling, as well security and network scans mine has bee. hacked with no alert not someone has inserted photoss and clips and video into my live fees . especially being its the only xmarto app made specifically for xmart, I think it needs to upgraded or completely re-vamped and up to date with ability update itself and older equipment there over its network

The cameras are good but the app sucks. You don't get notified of movement in front of the camera for 20 to 30 minutes. The person is long gone before you ever see they are there.

Options that are needed are NOT in the app such as lighting for night vision. what's the point if it doesn't work!?

Understand the App has been updated. I use the app for my security camera. The camera does not pan downward when you press the downward arrow. When the downward arrow is pressed; it actually pans up. When you push the up arrow, it pans correctly, "UP." Please advise, help would be greatly appreciated.
