hard to get the earbuds to work. feel like after 4 months they would work. you guys got in to buying these earbuds work out the box not is good

I bought this item after several months of thinking about it because I truly wanted to give it a great review from my standpoint. Once I received the item which I did purchase this on a site affiliated with the app so I felt safe in my purchase. Upon us going through the information on how to sync the app to a website then to our phone which would require other information was indeed a red flag for my son. So It's A No For Us After this purchase my account was hacked and I had to close it.

it's pretty cool I like it
i can't connect to earjoy always scanning but my earphone already connect to my phone what with this how can i use this app ?? all the old version i tried still the same always scanning only ☹️
3 stars as the earbuds themselves are very good. but i bought them for the translation in real time due to having many people with different languages come into my workplace and it doesnt translate well. Is very slow and misses alot of the speech.
What happened to the translation function in the apps??
